Bond 26 should be set in 1962
The possibilities here are endless. Plus it takes care of the whole “Bond dies” thing from the last movie. It’d solve a lot of problems from NTTD and would be an amazing clean slate!

“I know a great restaurant in Karachi…”
Dalton’s Bond never disappoints – and some of his lines get forgotten. I’ve always loved this quick quip post jeep-parachuting out of a crashed warplane…great line!

NTTD is a top five Bond theme.
For all its faults, No Time To Die has an awesome Bond theme! And I’d be happy if Billie Eilish did another!

“For England, James?” “No. For me.”
They tried to match the Trevelyan/Bond dynamic in Spectre with Bond’s long-lost brother, Blofeld, but it missed the mark. The 006/007 combo in GoldenEye is like no other Bond movie. Doesn’t feel forced – feels natural!

“What about the money, padrone?” “Launder it.”
The beauty of Licence To Kill was its plot. No extended far-fetched BS – just classic illegal narcotics distribution. So simple yet so effective. Would love for Bond 26 to have an equivalently simplistic plot!

Oddjob is a better henchman than Jaws.
Sure, Jaws gets all the glory and had two movie appearances. But there was something about Oddjob that fit perfectly in Goldfinger. The ruthless car murder, smashed golf ball, razor blade bowler hat, the muteness – it all contributed to an awesome character!
