Although I have my issues with A View To A Kill, particularly the advanced ages of both Bond and Moneypenny, I still like Zorin’s villainous scheme of causing mass flooding by blowing up the Hayward and San Andreas faults. It’s definitely an inventive act of terrorism, although obviously terrible. Credit to the writers for thinking beyond the usual nukes and stolen satellites Bond trope.
