Moonraker has one of the most brutal deaths in the Bond series, and it involves dogs.  After firing Corinne Dufour for essentially (albeit mistakenly, really) helping Bond snoop around his study, Drax sicks his two Dobermans after her.  For some odd reason, Corinne doesn’t hop in the golf cart she arrived in to escape, but instead pitifully attempts to outrun the dogs in the woods.  Her fate sealed, it’s one of the most haunting scenes in a James Bond movie.
