The most realistic villain is Elliot Carver

A media conglomerate with as much power as Carver Media Group Network in Tomorrow Never Dies has to be the most realistic villainous organization in modern times.  Sure, a drug cartel like Franz Sanchez or Kananga’s could wield serious power now, but a media organization that influences politics, policy and the people would have a drastically further reach and historic potential.  Maybe a consideration for the next organization in Bond 26?
