Of course, Bond has killed before.  But he’s never had a mission where the goal was to assassinate someone.  I think it’d be a worthwhile plot – alongside the tracking, the decision making, the cover-up.  Especially if it’s a high profile world leader and Bond needs to cover his tracks, and even blame it on someone else.  I always say – the simpler the plot, the better.
