Diamonds Are Forever (1971)

Look what the cat dragged in

In a scene that is a microcosm of Diamonds Are Forever’s campiness, Blofeld uses this well known phrase with Persian cat in tow after he (apparently) lures Tiffany Case away from Q and out of the casino. Not only is the line a bit too tongue-in-cheek, especially for a Bond villain, it’s a cross-dressing Bond villain at that! It’s always funny to compare the unseriousness of this movie with Casino Royale to truly highlught the tonal range of the franchise.

Although it’s not my favorite Bond movie by any stretch, I can always appreciate its memorable scenes and quotes like I do with all of them!
