Goldie’s character Bull, aka Mr. Bullion in The World Is Not Enough, might be the weakest henchman in Bond history. He drifts in, betrays Valentin Zukovsky for no clear reason, gets humiliated repeatedly, and vanishes like he was never meant to matter in the first place. No motive, no presence, no payoff. Just a walking shrug, an afterthought.
His last-second attempt to patch things up is pathetic, and Zukovsky sees right through it. He doesn’t think twice in killing Bull as a result of his betrayal. Coincidentally, I normally don’t think twice about this forgettable character.
