Bond figuratively misplays his hand in The World Is Not Enough with this quote during the ski chase. He mistakenly believes he has dispatched his pursuant parahawk enemies, when one flies over the edge of a cliff.
Unfortunately for Bond, this fictional (but pretty awesome, actually!) paraglider/snowmobile hybrid has a parachute for just this sort of an occasion, and Bond has to re-ready himself to continue the chase. It’s a great chase scene!
