This feels like the easiest title in the world to pitch for Bond 26, which is exactly why it probably won’t happen. Still, I’d be completely on board with it. It’s a clever nod to On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, neatly updated for the reign of a King while remaining instantly recognizable to Bond fans.

The catch is that No Time To Die already mined a lot of that film’s nostalgia, from the Louis Armstrong callback to its tragic ending. For that reason, maybe this title might work even better for the second outing of the new Bond? If the first movie introduces a younger, less experienced 007, On His Majesty’s Secret Service could signal that he’s no longer a newbie agent is now the complete secret agent fans expect.

If nothing else, it’d be a unique case of a Bond title that manages to feel both nostalgic and forward-looking at the same time.
