The finale leans fully into Diamond’s signature camp, pairing an oddly brutal fiery sendoff for Mr. Kidd and an unimaginative explosive dessert (named above) that dispatches Mr. Wint right after a crotch gag, of all things. The final scene of the movie truly encapsulates the essence of Diamonds Are Forever, for good and bad.
