Don’t overlook the For Your Eyes Only ski chase.  It’s a standout sequence defined by its distinctive synthesizer score, dynamic interaction with civilians, and impressive stunt work.  To me, this perfectly defines a “Bond ski chase.”  As it often does, Roger Moore’s charm shines through even in this action sequence, and his lighthearted public interaction enhances the spectacle of the chase.  I’d love to see another proper Bond ski chase in the future.  But it’s a tall order for a future Bond actor.  It’s difficult to act genuinely charming unless you truly are.
