This stunt from Moonraker is one of my favorites.  Not for it’s flashiness, but for its practicality and foresight.  Q Branch clearly had this one tucked away as a backup plan for when Bond inevitably found himself in a high-speed chase near the treacherous Iguazu Falls on the border of Argentina and Brazil.  And of course, they were right.  The maneuver unfolded (pun intended) perfectly, with Bond managing to don his dorky helmet before takeoff.
