Bond’s drink order in Never Say Never Again at Max Largo’s strange barcade casino hybrid is, well, underwhelming.  The whole place looks like a cross between a high-stakes gambling den and a mall food court, so perhaps his subdued order fits the décor.

It’s almost jarring to hear a Bond drink order without the famous “shaken, not stirred” line, although it’s appropriate and almost anticipated in this unofficial Bond movie.  But still, they could have been more creative and thrown in a twist of lime.  It’s one of many scenes where Connery’s last gasp as 007 misses the mark.
