Timothy Dalton delivers both dexterity and a touch of “street rat” flair during the Tangier rooftop escape in The Living Daylights.  It’s a swift but memorable sequence in which Bond channels his inner Aladdin by nimbly leaping across rooftops and dodging bullets, all the while wishing for a magic carpet.  His antenna clapback lands with perfect timing, and the Moroccan police’s impressively casual indiscriminate gunfire do no favors for innocent civilians.  Phew!
