If Bond 26 were to be set in modern times (which it look like it won’t), could we get a revival of Elliot Carver from Tomorrow Never Dies?  Nothing would feel more apropos than a power-hungry media mogul villain with a suspect organization.

It’s a short quote, but it says a lot in context – especially Carver’s overexcitement in divulging self-orchestrated tragic news.  His portrayal captures the essence of a true psychopath, and revisiting such a villain could add meaningful depth to the modern Bond narrative.
