It’s so funny when Octopussy says that her dad is a “leading authority on octopi.”  I understand her sentiment but I always twitch at “authority” because I think a different word would be more subtle as to his studies and less, well, authoritative.  It’s also just perfect that after she recites the above line, Bond doesn’t even respond with a joke or play on words – he’s at a loss for words!  That’s really what your father called you?  Yikes…
