Mary Goodnight from The Man With The Golden Gun has to be the most frustrating Bond girl (and maybe even any character in general) of all the Bond movies.  Any time she appears, you can anticipate an eyeroll for her cluelessness and unusefulness.

And nothing is worse than the final scene where Bond is trying to dismantle the Solex Agitator laser and an appropriately bikini-clad ditz of a Bond girl errantly turns it on with her buttocks.  This quote is a culmination of Bond’s now non-existent patience with her stupidness.
