Pun intended.  In Moonraker, Bond’s “why not?” in agreement to Goodhead’s space centrifuge training recommendation was one of Moore’s Bond’s dumbest decisions.

Why not?!  Maybe because you’ve got a target on your back as a secret agent that infiltrates a megalomaniac’s space program?  Or, you know, you could get really sick from the g-forces?  Or maybe Bond’s misogyny catches up to him after his earlier poor introduction to Dr. Goodhead (“A woman?” “Are you training to be an astronaut?”) and his incessant need to talk over her during the tour.  Poor form, Bond!
